Jennifer Roelke
Founder & Coach, Strategic People Consulting
Jennifer Roelke is the Founder & Coach of Strategic People Consulting, based out of the Greater St. Cloud and Brainerd communities in Minnesota. Jennifer focuses on providing the following services: executive, leadership and team-based coaching, leadership and strategy workshops, as well as project-based consulting engagements in leadership development, talent management programs, wellness programming and more. She is also passionate about being a part of and serving her community, as a member of the Central Minnesota United Way Investment Committee, Chamber of Commerce member, Start-Up connect member, and a member of the Greater St. Cloud Development Corporation.
Prior to starting Strategic People Consulting, Jennifer was the leader of the learning and development team at Blattner Company, which is Leading America to a Clean Energy Future as one of the nation’s largest EPC (energy, procurement, construction) utility-scale, renewable energy companies. While at Blattner, Jennifer led organizational effectiveness, talent management, workforce development, change management, and onboarding programming.
Prior to joining Blattner Company, Jennifer spent nearly 12 years across various leadership roles at Mayo Clinic. Most recently she was the leader of Digital Talent Strategy. In this role she worked with the Chief Digital Officer to build and grow digital healthcare, bringing in over 300 remote digital experts in less than a year during the height of the pandemic through external hiring efforts and internal movement. Previously, Jennifer was the HRBP Lead for Mayo Clinic Shared Services Organization partnering closely with the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Business Development officer and several others. In that role she partnered with executives on workforce of the future efforts, ensuring that Mayo Clinic would have talent needed to maintain its place as a top global healthcare organization.
As part of her 20-plus years of experience, Jennifer has also served in human resources roles at Nationwide Insurance, A.C. Moore Arts and Crafts and Target Corporation.
Jennifer received her B.S. Degree in Consumer Science from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, certified in Myers-Briggs (MBTI), MHS Emotional Intelligence Quotient coach, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect Coach (360 and Assessment), as well as SHRM and HCI certified. Jennifer is also certified as an Executive Coaching Professional Coach and an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach.
